Shipping area

Domestic shipping 48 continental United States and Alaska

International shipping area: Canada, Mexico

 

Carrier

For domestic shipping will be USPS first class, UPS ground shipping.

For international Shipping: USPS Priority

 

Delivery time

  • Shipping time frame is in business days, Monday-Friday exclude weekends or holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 3pm PST. Orders placed after 3pm PST will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping process time takes 1-3 business after your payment verified and confirmed. Once your package leaves the warehouse, the shipping time frame begins. Delivery takes 3-7 business day.
  • All shipping process and delivery dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise.

 

Shipping fee

Domestic standard shipping to 48 continental United States and Alaska only, and the shipping is free for domestic standard shipping.

International shipping fee minimum to Canada is $29.99, and to Mexico is $44.99.

 

Missing and Delay

If your package is damaged, delayed or lost in transit, please contact Our Customer Service for assistance through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us page.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing please contact our customer service for assistance through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us page within 7 days of your package shows delivered or 4 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

 

Refuse and Undeliverable Package

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the original shipping cost and return shipping costs if charged by carrier.
