!!! Urgent: Upgrade Your Rollingtrans ELD Devices !!!
Dear Valued Customer,
We are reaching out with an important update regarding your Rollingtrans ELD devices. Due to recent revisions in DOT regulations and advancements in technology, you are required to upgrade your devices within the next 60 days.
Who Needs to Upgrade?
If you are currently using RTPS47 Device & RTOA47 Device, an upgrade to RTEL47 Device is necessary. RTPS47 & RTOA47 are in rectangular shape, while RTEL47 is square. We have attached the pictures of different devices below for your reference. Please ask your drivers to confirm the device version currently in use. You are welcome to contact us if you are unsure about your device version.
Upgrade Options
You can upgrade your devices in one of two ways:
- Visit Our Local Office
Bring your current devices to our local office for an on-site upgrade. (We have offices in Los Angeles and Dallas for your convenience.) - Mail-In Upgrade
Send your device to us, and we will ship the upgraded device back to you. Please include your company name and DOT number with your shipment for identification. (We recommend you to contact us first before you ship your devices!)
